How much is shipping? We offer free standard shipping anywhere in the United States for all orders via the USPS.  Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after it is submitted and expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after it is shipped.  International and expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

What is your return policy?  Orders may be returned within 7 days from receipt of the original orders arrival.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Items with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

How should I care for my Strands by Closet Gold?  Since Strands are all hand-made with lots of love, we suggest you take special care of them.  They are delicate and while they are sturdy they should be placed back in their pouches when not being used. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Also pack Strands carefully for travel, we recommend always storing them in your carry-on luggage.

What is the best way to attach and remove Strands? When attaching Strands, we find it works best to first place the black backer piece with the Strands label against your skin.  Then attach the embellished Strand on top.  When removing your Strands, since they are delicate, we strongly advise to pull them apart from the satin backing and NOT from the embellishment.

Where can I attach my Strands? Since Strands are made with industrial strength magnets they can attach to just about any piece of clothing or accessory; pants, shirts, hats, bags, shoes - let your imagination run wild!  While we are huge fans of wearing Strands on your back pockets please be extra careful when sitting down or standing up because even though the magnets are super powerful, they can become knocked out of position.

I have a pacemaker; can I still wear Strands? The magnets in Strands may interfere with the operation of pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators.  Please consult with your physician before using Strands if these situations are applicable to you.
